This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you, the User, of the way in which your data is collected by Anastasia Vadan Law Office, having its head offices in 39 Ion Minulescu Street, ground floor, space 4, Bucharest, 3rd District, Romania, and of the rights provided and protected under (EU) Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”). As per the applicable law, Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is a person who may be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to its physical, psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Our goal is to collect only data which you specifically consent to and fill in yourself for your own needs. The data is collected mainly through the fill-in form available on our website (in case you decide to do so) and is used by Anastasia Vadan Law Office in order to contact you in case you have chosen this path of communication. The data collected through the fill-in form is not shared with any other entity without your express consent.

In your capacity as a data subject, the GDPR provides you with essentially the following rights:
Right of access
Allows you to obtain confirmation that your personal data are being processed by us and, if affirmative, the relevant details of such processing activities.
